Steve Baxter is an experienced manager of apartment and office properties. Steve also has experience in condo conversions, and major reconstruction.
Steve Baxter completed Texas Tech University with a B.S. degree in 1974 with a 3.7 grade point average . He was on the Dean’s List every semester and majored in History with minors in Philosophy and Greek. He was President of Friday Night Tape Class.
Steve earned his real estate Broker’s License in 1978. He purchased his first 4 plex in 1979 for $42,000 with another seminary student. Here his skills were developed to know how to manage and rehabilitate property. Steve accomplished most of the rehab by himself and began to learn the remodeling business over the following year. He sold the quadplex 18 months later for about $85,000. That's when he first made up his mind that he loved this investment real estate business.

Andrew Baxter was chosen Captain of the Wranglers of Pearce High School Yell Leaders and voted Pearce High Mr. Spirit during his senior year. The Wranglers were a group of ten seniors who ran the pep rallies and were yell leaders at the games.
Having fond recollections of his own high school days no doubt gives Steve great satisfaction in watching Andrew do so well.
Andrew Baxter enjoys the new challenges of college courses. He loves meeting students from other states. But primarily he enjoys the fulfilling Christian experience of being part of “BUCS” – Brothers Under Christ – a unique organization of Christians at Texas Tech who choose to expand their faith as they go to college.
Andrew’s perspective is amazingly like that of his Dad, Steve, and ultimately to that of the Apostle Paul, who wrote, "Everything that was gain to me, I consider to be a loss because of Christ. ”
For the Apostle John said that "God so loved the world that he gave his only begotten son that whosoever believes in him shall not perish but have eternal life."
